This is my “House Wine”.    At this price point you can make this Fontana Premium Pinot Noir Wine Kit for under $2 a bottle.  The resulting wine will be comparable to a $12 bottle of wine or better.

You will yield 5 less bottles of wine if you follow my directions with this Fontana Premium Pinot Noir Wine Kit .   However, the quality of the wine will be much better than if you follow the directions that come with this kit.

I believe this particular wine kit is one of the very best for the price point.   The wine pairs well with Steaks, Chops, etc.   In fact, this is a very versatile wine that works well with a variety of Italian and French Dishes.  I have even used this wine to make delicious Sangria.

I recommend that you add oak chips to the Secondary Fermentation when making the Fontana Premium Pinot Noir Wine Kit.  I use anywhere between 30 and 60 grams of Medium Toasted Oak Chips.

I recommend using this exact same process if you are making any on the Fontana Premium Red Wines.  With about 3 – 6 months of aging, you will really be surprised with the quality of the wine you have produced.
